It's begun! The month where we try to cut out single use plastic!
As you may have read in our previous post, we're breaking the month into different areas so you can identify the easiest swaps.
What you can do to swap out single use plastic in your skincare routine
Take a look in your bathroom and the dressing table, look at your skincare products and take in just how much plastic there is, if it's like much of mine, I'd like to bet there's a fair bit.
Tubes, tubs, lids and don't even start on some of the packaging they've arrived in. Now these products aren't cheap and I for one am not the type to waste a product simply because I've found a replacement and we wouldn't expect you to either but by identifying the products that have plastic as part of their packaging, you've already made the first step to going plastic free.

Plastic Free Skincare Alternatives
Zero Waste Path Solid Lotion
A little goes a long way with solid lotion bars. Rub on damp skin after your bath or shower and massage in, this rich lotion bar will deeply moisturise your skin in just one go. Once you're done, leave to dry and store away in it's box to keep it fresh.
