Their finding were that whilst the market was changing albeit slowly, a lot of the products on the eco friendly market stretched the idea of being sustainable and were often given a luxury label. Bought to strain two full teaspoons of powdered spices for a spice tea. Whilst it contains the majority of the mix, a little 'sludge' still gets through, but not enough to cause issues. Very good strainer, with a very fine mesh. Works well to ensure the spices can infuse. Very impressed with the quality.
