What packaging will you use for my delivery?
We use a range of products to get your order safely to your door. This could come as either a Green Jiffy Bag (large envelope), or a variety of cardboard boxes. All of these are environmentally friendly and biodegradable. We then safely package the contents with recycled paper and seal it with a solvent free packaging tape.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1PM Monday to Friday that same day. Once your order has been dispatched it should take either 24 hours or 48 hours for deliveries to the UK depending on the service you have instructed. European deliveries can expect to take 5-7 working days after dispatch.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently deliver across Europe and are looking at adding more countries soon. If you're outside Europe, please get in touch at email@example.com so we can arrange a special delivery.
I haven't received my order yet, where is it?
If you haven't received your order and the allocated delivery time has passed then please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up on the progress for you.
How do I return an item?
Whether you have received a faulty item or have simply changed your mind, we offer returns and refunds to suit your needs. Please let us know within 14 days from the date of dispatch by emailing email@example.com so we can arrange this with you. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for more details.
What payment providers do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How do you plant a tree for every order?
We have proudly partnered with One Tree Planted to plant a tree for every order placed on our site. At the end of each month we count up our orders and donate to the charity to plant trees in a range of locations around the world!
