In 2015 siblings Anna and Will created UpCircle after realising just how many coffee grounds were being thrown away in coffee shops around London. Recognising that this was a huge amount, they wanted to repurpose these and started collecting grounds from one local coffee shop and turning them into natural beauty scrubs.

The products were a massive hit, even with the investors at Dragon's Den and the company now collects grounds from over 100 coffee shops and they didn't stop there. They also now repurpose hemp and chai spices to make beautiful skincare products that give salvaged natural ingredients a new lease of life.

Bought to strain two full teaspoons of powdered spices for a spice tea. Whilst it contains the majority of the mix, a little 'sludge' still gets through, but not enough to cause issues.
